Tom joined Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte’s strategy consulting practice, in 2018. He has worked on strategic transformation and innovation projects across public health, central government, retail and life sciences sectors. He is a steering committee member of GLOBE, Deloitte’s LGBT+ network, working across events, recruitment and mentoring teams. He is also involved with Deloitte’s One Million Futures charity initiative, both fundraising within Monitor Deloitte, and coordinating strategy workshops with our charity partners.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys the outdoors, exercise and live music. He also volunteers for LGBT+ charities in the community, including an organisation that supports refugees and asylum seekers in who are the process of applying for settled status in the UK, based on grounds of sexuality and gender.
