Ross is a junior banker working across many teams including FX Sales, Cross Asset Sales and Securities Lending as part of the Emerging Leaders Programme at BNYMellon. He has strived to push conversations regarding LGBT+ causes within professional workplaces and generally improve allyship across industries. Ross has got involved in several LGBT+ causes, strengthening both internal and external outreach efforts in the banking industry as well as organisations more broadly.
