Joël is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital, specialising in Digital Strategy and Design for Insurance. He is currently serving as Chairman of Wave, and has been a part of the initiative since its founding. He also serves as LGBT+ Lead for Deloitte Digital UK.
