Emily joined BNY Mellon Investment Management in 2016 as a global Marketing Executive, working across multiple channels for BNYM’s Investment Boutiques. Alongside her day job, Emily sits on the committee for the London chapter of PRISM, BNY Mellon’s LGBTQA Employee Resource Group, and uses this as a platform to raise the visibility of lesbian and bisexual women within the LGBT+ space and across the organisation. As an openly out female, Emily is driven by values of equality, social justice and inclusion to help engage and support employees, to promote an authentic and inclusive working environment.
